Kate Kessler was raised in Enderby and grew up loving the lifestyle that the North Okanagan/ Shuswap offers and the people that make up the close-knit community of her hometown. Kate has been a licenced realtor since 2017; coming from a long history in sales and marketing prior to a real estate career. Her dedication and passion for helping others shines through in all facets of her life. Kate moved back to Enderby from Kelowna with her husband in 2015 to raise her 2 boys, surrounded by the support of family and friends. Choosing to work in a team environment offering balance in life and an effective commitment to a large client base. Kate is supported by her unlicensed assistant Deb Deveau. Deb brings 20 years of experience as a realtor to the team. The key to her success is coupling traditional core values with new technologies, trends and of course continued education to create a successful and guided experience for her Buyers and Sellers.
In leisure time Kate can be found enjoying her family cabin at Mabel Lake, running the kids to extra-curricular activities, or partaking in all the great experiences in our area.

Deb Deveau, now an unlicensed assistant to Kate Kessler plays a vital component in the success and function of The Key Team. Previously a local licensed realtor since 2004, Deb provides almost 2 decades of real estate experience to the Key Team initiatives.
Some things change over time but our true passion for a job well executed, exceptional service and dedication to our satisfied clientele remains optimum.
Debs role as unlicensed assistant means she’s providing administrative duties, client support, file maintenance and technological and systems services. You will still find Deb at the Key Team office with coffee on, happy to serve and eager to please you!
